MEET THE BAND
We’re a band, not a cast.
Clint Springer and Jay Bourgeois started Already Gone in Houston in 2006. Twenty years later it’s still a real band: five guys who play their own instruments, sing their own parts and write their own songs.
Nobody up there is pretending to be anybody. Come say hi after the show.

Part of our series on These American Dreams, one song at a time. The title track was the last song we wrote for the album, and it almost didn’t get written at all.Jay had the idea first: the title, and a theme about reflecting on the current state of the American Dream. He also had…

Somewhere between 800 and 1,000 of you sent summer off in style at Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach. Here’s what it took behind the curtain to get there, including a broken-down gear truck, an overheated radiator, and a five-year-old who drives a hard bargain.

Already Gone plays Music on the Square at Sugar Land Town Square on Friday, October 9, 7:30–9:30 PM. Free admission. Bring a lawn chair or blanket.
